Brandon is a passionate advocate of leading healthy, physically active lifestyles. As a personal trainer he’s trained everyone from young kids to seniors and enjoys the diversity of the profession. Also, as a strength and conditioning coach he’s coached numerous professional athletes, and he’s worked amongst a couple of the industry’s best strength and conditioning coaches. Developing healthy athletes and educating others has become a primary passion for Brandon, and he is hoping to extend his current and expanding knowledge out to anyone interested. Brandon received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the Minnesota State University-Mankato, and received his Master’s degree in Human Movement and Sports Conditioning from the A.T. Still University of Mesa, AZ. He is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a certified personal trainer (CPT) and strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), as well as being certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).
